About Amanda

Sat nam!

A spinal fracture from a horseback accident when I was 12 years old, and scoliosis, left me with a lot of pain at an early age.

I began practicing yoga and meditation in 1994, and it changed my life.  I'm now an E-RYT 200 yoga teacher with over 300 hours of additional training, working towards my 500 hr. status.  I also teach meditation, mindfulness and MBSR.  I'm a Reiki master and energy healer.

I’m also an Integrative Health Coach trained at Duke Integrative Medicine.

I believe that everyone can create a life of health and vitality. Personally, I'm the mother of two teenagers and I live a life of challenge, stress and joy.  I've been married for 20 years and lived and worked all over the world.  I bring my practice into everything that I do to help maintain my balance and wellness.

there is nothing more beautiful,
more worthy or more conscious than YOU."
